1. Merchant of Record

All purchases on Toolghar are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as our Merchant of Record. This means Paddle handles all payment processing, invoicing, tax compliance, and refund administration on our behalf.

When you make a purchase, your transaction is with Paddle.com, not directly with Toolghar. All refund requests are subject to this policy and are processed through Paddle.

2. What You Can Purchase

Toolghar offers credit packs — one-time purchases that provide you with credits to use across our AI-powered tools. Credit packs are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.

3. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • Your refund request is made within 14 days of the purchase date
  • You have not consumed a significant portion of the purchased credits
  • There was a technical issue that prevented you from using the credits
  • You were charged incorrectly or experienced a billing error

4. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will generally not be issued in the following cases:

  • The refund request is made more than 14 days after the purchase date
  • All or a significant majority of the purchased credits have been consumed
  • The credits have expired (after the 30-day validity period)
  • There is evidence of abuse, fraud, or violation of our Terms of Service

5. How to Request a Refund

  • The reason for your refund request

6. Refund Processing

Once your refund request is reviewed and approved:

  • Refunds are processed by Paddle.com and typically take 5–10 business days to appear in your account
  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase
  • You will receive a confirmation email from Paddle once the refund has been processed

Upon refund, any remaining credits from the refunded purchase will be removed from your account.

7. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Chargebacks can result in account suspension and additional fees. We are committed to resolving any issues promptly and fairly through our refund process.
